I can’t use outlook because i need to be able to share the calendar, but we’re not on an exchange server, so I can’t share my outlook calendar. I want to make a database in access that I can share over our network that will allow 3 users to view, add and delete appointments (with the option to add them to their personal outlook calendar) so we can keep our schedules current. I would like to integrate this with a client database I already use.
i cannot find the choices for repeating messages on each sunday. i see only saturday/sunday. thanks, the turnip truck driver.
How can I tranfer the data from Outlook to another format?
I use MS Outlook. Also have a Palm Zire. The ZIRE is my "back up" device. This in case my HDD (harddrive) crashes and I loose all addresses and appointments.
I would like to go away from Outlook all together. Does anyone know how I can tranfer all my addresses and telephone numbers to ANOTHER (non-Outlook) format?
Similar question re the Appointment Calendar in Outlook.
@xuser2000: my question is not how to "export", but which software/ program will support the *.pst files. Can you help?
I had exported to Excel at one time: Disappointing, since I have 3000+ addresses, with lots of additional comments.. Excel is not a good platform to export to. In addition, issues with finding a "delimiter" which does not interfere with characters already used in my added comments.
